One of the beauty of the Hmong culture is the influences of the countries that our people have been in. Laab, or often times called larb, may have originated from Laos, but is also loved in Thailand. This delicious and aromatic dish is also a favorite with many Hmong gatherings. We've simplified it so that it can be an easier recipe to accomplish in the comfort of your own home and still full of the flavors you enjoy.
